The Severe Squatty Sleeve is designed for dogs whose leg shape or posture makes the standard sleeve a poor fit - think wide hips, very short legs, or a knee that sits close to the ground. The sleeve opening sits over the knee at 14-18", providing support where squatty dogs need it most.
