Shipping Policy
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon Central Time usually ship within 48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, while international shipping may take longer. Express shipping takes 2-5 days. We will provide a tracking number whenever possible so you can track your delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier and you are entitled to a refund, you must deal directly with the carrier- USPS or Fed Ex. We can assist you in making a claim if necessary. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may have different policies and shipping times. Please Note: Orders are shipped once payment is received. We do not accept orders paid by check at this time.
International Shipping
Payment may be made by credit card with guaranteed security from the credit card company. In some cases, trade references or a bank check drawn on a US bank may be required.
Our products are shipped to over 150 countries worldwide. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping calculator on our shopping cart may not accurately calculate international shipping rates. Please email us for a quote or visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com to calculate rates yourself using our zip code 97005. All international orders will be verified with customer service via email before shipping.
USPS Priority Mail Express International™ arrives at customs in 5+ business days. USPS Priority Mail International® arrives at customs in 7-14 business days.
IMPORTANT: Many countries charge additional taxes, duties, and import fees. You are responsible for determining and paying any additional charges.

In-stock items ordered by 12 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery and may be left at your door or with a neighbor if no one is available at your residence.
Items Not Received
All items are shipped using a traceable method. If you do not receive an item that was claimed to be delivered by UPS or the Post Office check with your neighbors. In many cases, a neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf.
